Veal - Grain Fed

Center Cuts


	Our veal rib chops are lean cuts of veal prepared from a 6 bone rib rack, aged to deliver optimum tenderness. The ribs are French trimmed so that the rib bone is exposed. Available in a variety of sizes and vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. For that special occasion ask for our lollipop rib chops, trimmed the entire length of the rib bone until the eye. Average weight per case 4.5kg (10lbs.).

Grain Fed Veal French Cut Rib Chop


	Our veal striploin is lean muscle meat prepared by removing the bones and flank from a 2 bone short loin and aged for optimal tenderness. This cut of meat is particularly prized for its flavor, tenderness and menu versatility and is a favorite of steakhouses. Preferred cooking is medium rare showcasing the delicate flavor and naturally tender texture. Pieces average 2kg (4.4lbs.).

Grain Fed Veal Strip Loin


	Our grain-fed tenderloin, low in fat and cholesterol, rich in protein and iron, meets today's consumer need to eat healthy. Its exquisite taste and texture lends itself to numerous culinary preparations. Aged to deliver optimum tenderness and vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. Average weight per piece is 1kg (2.2lbs).
