The box contains four boneless legs of lamb, vacuum sealed. Each piece is rolled and wrapped in a net and ready for roasting. Keep product frozen until ready to use. Thaw in the refrigerator in the coldest place and use within 48 hours. For best results, roast at 160°C (325°F) for 40 to 50 minutes for rare doneness and 50 to 60 minutes for a medium doneness. Excellent choice for hotel, cruises lines, restaurants, banquet or special occasions with family and friends.
