Our delicated cutlet portions are lean cuts of veal, cut from the boneless leg muscle. Pieces are delicated, sliced thinly, portioned and pounded for optimum tenderness. Available in portions of 55g (2 oz.), 85g (3 oz.), 115g (4 oz.) and 140g (5 oz.), vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. We offer bulk packs for a more economical option. Average weight per case 4.5kg (10lbs.).

Grain Fed Veal Delicated Cutlet

Veal medallions are pieces of lean veal, prepared from the boneless top sirloin, fully denuded and aged for optimum tenderness. Available in portions of 85g (3 oz.) and 115g (4 oz.) vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. We offer bulk packaging for a more economical option. Average weight per case 4.5kg (10lbs.).

Grain Fed Veal Medallions

Meat used for our breaded veal cutlet is prepared using the outside round of the boneless leg. Pieces are delicated, thinly sliced, portioned and pounded. Portions are coated in a breadcrumb mixture seasoned with a savory signature blend of spices. Available in 115g (4 oz.) portions with 40 pieces per case. Average weight per case 4.5kg (10lbs.).

Grain Fed Veal Breaded Cutlet

Our émincé is lean cuts of veal, sliced thin. Pieces are irregularly shaped and vary in size and weight. An economical choice for those who must respect a limited budget. The case contains 2 vacuum bags of 2.5kg. Average weight per case 5kg (11lbs.).

Grain Fed Veal Émincé

The veal flank steak is a part of tender and tasty meat prepared from a full flank. Very flavorful, flank steak is ideal for BBQ, châteaubriand or veal wellington. Once marinated, you can enjoy a juicy grilled steak. Our flank steak is available in a vacuum sealed packaging in two 2.5kg bags per case.
