Roasted Marinated Quebec Lamb Chops

Here's a delicious recipe of lamb chops marinated and grilled for you.

  • 12 Quebec lamb chops


  • 125 ml olive oil (½ cup)
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) honey
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) ground dried thyme (or 1 sprig of fresh thyme)
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) dried rosemary (or 1 sprig of fresh rosemary)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste


  1. In a large bowl, stir together all marinade ingredients
  2. Add lamb chops, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. Remove lamb from refrigerator about 30 minutes before grilling to bring the meat to room temperature.
  4. Preheat the barbecue on medium-high heat. Remove lamb chops from marinade and barbecue uncovered for approximately 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
