Our osso buco is cut from a fore or hind shank and sliced to a specific thickness. It may be ordered as 1¼'' 1½'', 2" or 3" thick. Available in a vacuum sealed package or frozen separately layered in a bulk packaging for a more economical option. Average weight per case 5kg (11lbs.).
